Malicious AdTech Spies on People as NatSec Targets

Patternz and Nuviad are accused of tracking targeted individuals for security services via ad bidding. The companies, which are run by the same CEO, Rafi Ton, can allegedly leverage tens of thousands of phone apps to track a person’s movements, proximity to others, and even push malware to devices. They can also engage with national security agencies globally.
