The Kansas court system is close to completely recovering from a ransomware attack in October 2021. Supreme Court Chief Justice Marla Luckert confirmed that core services, including the case management system and public portal for court records, were restored. Additional defenses have been implemented, and electronic filing is expected to be fully recovered within two weeks.
