Ohio Rep. praises governor’s veto on gender-affirming care ban

Ohio Rep. Shontel Brown praised Governor Mike DeWine for vetoing a bill that would have banned gender-affirming care for minors and transgender girls from school sports. DeWine said the measure would have caused more harm than good, and his decision followed a two-week consultation with advocates on both sides.
