Cybersecurity firm Deep Instinct reports cyber attacker UAC-0099 continues to target Ukrainian workers at organizations outside of Ukraine. UAC-0099 has been linked with usage of a major flaw in the WinRAR software to carry out attacks using LONEPAGE, a malware program.
