IBM Security Trusteer has found a new malware campaign using JavaScript web injections, which may be linked to DanaBot. The malware, which has infected over 50,000 users and impacted more than 40 banks worldwide, manipulates data exchanges between users and web browsers to compromise sensitive information. This particular campaign targets popular banking applications, intercepting users’ credentials, before sending the data to malicious domains.
