Visa has launched an upskilling program to tackle the shortage of cybersecurity talent. Open to all workers, the Visa Payments Learning Program was developed in response to the White House National Cybersecurity Strategy Implementation Plan. It consists of an apprenticeship program, a military talent program, and individual cybersecurity courses and certifications via Visa University.
