MITRE has released a prototype of its cloud-based System of Trust (SoT) framework on the Risk Model Manager (RMM) platform. The SoT framework was designed to define and quantify cyber security risks within supply chains. Organizations can now use the RMM platform to assess supply chain security and risk. They can also customize the framework’s content to fit their needs. MITRE initially introduced the concept of SoT at the 2022 RSA conference and plans to officially announce the RMM platform at the 2023 conference.
