Cybersecurity firm Bitdefender has topped the AV-Comparatives’ Advanced Threat Protection Test in both enterprise and consumer categories. The test involved mimicking tactics that adversaries use to access systems undetected, and included 15 different attacks. Bitdefender was the only vendor to block 14 of the attacks and was more effective at stopping attacks before they could activate any part of their payload. It was also one of just three consumer solutions rated as Advanced+.
