Prisma Health, South Carolina’s largest non-profit healthcare provider, has integrated digital patient communications, reducing no-shows, saving $4 million in the first two years and expected to result in total savings of $8 million. The software platform developed with patient engagement company Artera also moved over 2,300 inbound phone calls to text conversations within the first four months of implementation, boosting efficiency and patient engagement. Prisma has also incorporated Gozio Health’s mobile engagement tools into its patient-facing app.
