Cybercriminals are preferring the Redline Stealer malware to steal sensitive data, including credentials for accessing bank accounts and cryptocurrency wallets. According to a report by Trend Micro, data stolen by this malware is sold on marketplaces such as RussianMarket and TwoEasy. Often, the most targeted data is browser data, with cryptocurrency wallet and chat app credentials also high on the list. Google, Live.com, Facebook, Instagram, and Steam are some of the websites most frequently used to steal credentials.
