74% of Australian and New Zealand Organizations Suffered a Breach in the Past Year, with 41% Experiencing Multiple Breaches

Cybersecurity firm Armis found that 74% of companies in Australia and New Zealand experienced a cyberattack in the past year, with 41% admitting to multiple breaches. The firms are trying to improve their oversight by using a mix of 13 asset management tools and 10 threat intelligence sources. Organisations also struggle with unmonitored assets and lack of control over the attack surface due to employees using their own devices.
