The AI Safety Summit held at Bletchley Park was organized within 10 weeks. The event saw the participation of major figures, including Elon Musk, who was perceived to be less demanding than most attendees. While mockingly commenting on the attendees via Twitter, he suggested that they wished to exploit AI for their personal benefit. Despite the controversy, the “Bletchley Declaration” agreement saw 28 countries aiming to coordinate work on AI risks. The next AI Safety Summit is slated to be held in South Korea in spring.
