Fortive Corporation’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend, which represents a 14% increase over the previous one, will be payable on December 29, 2023 to common stockholders of record on November 24, 2023. Fortive’s CEO credits the decision to the company’s strong capital and robust cash generation.
