UK Home Secretary Suella Braverman and her Austrian counterpart Gerhard Karner have agreed to closely cooperate on the global migration crisis. In a meeting in Vienna, they discussed using “safe third countries” to alleviate the pressure on their countries, such as the UK’s controversial plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda. Both countries pledged to work together to tackle cyber crime and online radicalisation while also alleviating refugee pressures.
