A property in Borehamwood, linked to incidents of disorder and affray, has been placed under a partial closure order for 12 weeks following an application from Herts Police, Hertsmere Borough Council and Clarion Housing. The order, issued by St Albans Magistrates’ Court, prevents anyone, other than those named in court documents, from entering the property.
