Job Haunting: 5 Ways Candidates Scare Hiring Managers

Healthcare IT Leaders has highlighted five undesirable traits in job applicants that hamper their chances of getting hired. These include showing a lack of enthusiasm or ‘zombie behavior’, criticizing past employers and colleagues, providing outdated or irrelevant references, depending too much on artificially intelligent resumes and failing to show up for scheduled interviews, a trend known as ‘ghosting’.
