UK police forces have suffered several data breaches, with two being disclosed just days after the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) reported a similar issue caused by human error, revealing employee details. The Norfolk and Suffolk forces claim their data leak was due to a technical issue, involving more than 1,200 people’s identifiable information. The breaches are believed to have occurred while responding to Freedom of Information requests.
