Zoom has announced an expansion of its AI Companion capabilities, providing real-time digital assistant features across its platform, including meetings, team chats, emails and whiteboard tools. Customers can manage their AI settings in one location while new functions include meeting summaries and auto-generated answers to questions during meetings. Additional features, including integration with third-party apps and real-time user feedback, are in development. Zoom emphasized that it does not use customer content to train its AI models.
