Amwell and Leidos have been awarded a $180m, 22-month contract by the US Defense Health Agency (DHA) to support its digital transformation with a hybrid care platform. With an initial roll-out at five sites, Amwell Converge will eventually replace the Military Health System’s existing video connection solution across the full spectrum of care. Ultimately, the scheme will provide digital health services to 9.6 million service members, health professionals and their families.
