Apple has released an emergency update, iOS 17.0.3, to address two severe vulnerabilities, including an exploited zero-day flaw, on its devices. The first issue enables a local attacker to gain elevated access to devices pre-iOS 16.6. The second, highlighted by Google and The Citizen Lab, allows for remote code execution. Apple also resolved an overheating issue on iPhone 15 with this latest update.
