The early access initiative aims to increase productivity and reduce administrative tasks, shifting focus back to patients. The platform uses AI to enhance functionality in Microsoft 365 apps, such as calendars and emails. Mayo Clinic hopes the system can automate tasks like filling in forms, freeing up more time for care provision.
