Participants reported fearing COVID-19 infection on public transit, while many reported a lack of accessible and affordable transportation options. However, the shift to virtual healthcare was lauded. The research suggests prioritizing paratransit services, maintaining virtual healthcare, and addressing disability-related needs in public transportation policies.
