A widespread breach of the MOVEit Transfer tool developed by Progress Software has resulted in the exposure of tens of thousands of private and public organisations’ employees’ personal data. The Cl0p ransomware group, suspected of being based in Russia, is believed to be behind the attack. Affected organisations include BBC, Boots, British Airways, Aer Lingus, and the Canadian Nova Scotia government.
