CloudWave is set to acquire Sensato Cybersecurity in a deal that aims to bring together cloud hosting and managed security-as-a-service capabilities. Sensato’s founder, John Gomez, will join CloudWave as chief security and engineering officer. The acquisition will allow hospitals to implement a fully managed, HIPAA- and NIST-compliant cybersecurity program, providing end-to-end service and support from a single provider.
