Singapore’s national healthcare technology agency, Integrated Health Information Systems (iHiS), has teamed up with Google Cloud and Accenture to develop data-driven applications for healthcare. Accenture is deploying Google Cloud’s API management platform to provide third-party developers access to iHiS’s systems. The collaboration aims to improve patient experience, staff productivity, and population health outcomes by promoting innovation and interoperability in Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. Google Cloud has also integrated security features into the platform to protect patient data and comply with data exchange standards. The deployment of the platform has already led to the development of a Facial Recognition Automated Visitor Management System.
