93% of cybersecurity experts and 86% of business leaders predict a catastrophic cyber event in the next two years, according to a World Economic Forum (WEF) study. Geopolitical instability and a shortfall in cybersecurity skills are worsening the situation. The WEF advised companies to consider their regional presence due to the risks. Furthermore, recent breaches include T-Mobile and Riot Games, and exposure of the US government’s No Fly List by an airline.
