HHS opens digital health infrastructure security RFP

The U.S. Health and Human Services office of the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health is seeking to adapt Department of Defense and other related government agency health innovations to transform civilian healthcare. A Digital Health Security project, called DIGIHEALS, aims to protect patients and healthcare systems from cyberattacks. The project seeks proposals in three areas: securing healthcare systems and data, developing novel approaches to data and analytics, and rapidly developing secure digital health technology. Applications are due on September 7.
