Virtual care software firm 98point6 Technologies has acquired the remaining assets of asynchronous telehealth provider Bright.md for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes 16 customer contracts and the firm’s sales and customer success teams. The purchase will enable 98point6 to offer asynchronous telehealth services, where healthcare providers and patients can communicate at their own convenience.
