By exploiting this flaw, attackers can hijack susceptible servers. The 8220 Gang has previously used similar tactics to distribute cryptojacking malware. The group’s targets include healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services sectors in various countries, including the US, South Africa, Spain, Columbia, and Mexico.
