A Cybernews research team and Bob Dyachenko from SecurityDiscovery.com have discovered what they claim to be the “mother of all breaches” (MOAB) containing 12 terabytes of data from popular sites including Tencent, Weibo, and Twitter. At least 20 brands had more than 100 million records leaked. While much data has been leaked before, they suggest MOAB may contain new data, possibly making it the biggest breach ever. Its origin is unknown.
