21% raises, and other details of the deal

California-based healthcare system Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions have reached a tentative agreement on a new four-year contract. The agreement comes after over 75,000 union workers went on strike. If approved by union members, the contract would include a 21% wage increase over its duration and set a new minimum wage system-wide.
