NIST to test data exchange security

The National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence is seeking organizations to test tools and technologies that will support the secure exchange of electronic health information for small healthcare providers. The project aims to develop comprehensive solutions to address the security concerns faced by small providers, who may lack the infrastructure and expertise of larger healthcare organizations. Organizations interested in participating can apply, regardless of their involvement with healthcare or their compliance with HIPAA.
