MPs launch inquiry into critical national infrastructure cyber resilience

The UK Parliament’s Science and Technology Committee is conducting an inquiry into the cyber resilience of the UK’s critical national infrastructure, including energy and telecommunications. The review will assess the nation’s preparedness for cyber attacks and the effectiveness of government strategies and regulations. The committee will also consider how the government collaborates with private sector entities to protect critical assets from cyber threats. The UK is the third most targeted country globally for cyber attacks.
