MITRE and the National Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (NH-ISAC) are partnering to research cyber threat tactics and share results with healthcare organizations. MITRE’s Adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Common Knowledge (ATT&CK) analytics method helps map out organizations’ defense strategies and fill in gaps. The tool is expanding to cover Windows, Linux, Mac, mobile and other platforms. Sharing threat data can enhance security programs and help organizations fight off common threats. MITRE will discuss progress at HIMSS18.
