The UK Government’s Science and Technology Committee has launched an inquiry into the cyber resilience of the UK’s critical national infrastructure. The investigation will assess progress towards 2025 resilience targets, examine government strategy and measures to enhance security by design, and identify industry support needs. The cybersecurity threats to the UK’s infrastructure, the potential disruption caused and the impact of previous cyberattacks will also be examined.
