HHS kills HCCIC cyber command center, aligns with Homeland Security

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has established the Health Sector Cybersecurity Coordination Center (HC3) to replace the troubled Healthcare Cybersecurity Communications and Integration Center (HCCIC). HC3 will work with more stakeholders, including the Department of Homeland Security, to advise on information sharing within the healthcare sector.
