Health Catalyst has announced an agreement to acquire cybersecurity provider Intraprise Health for approximately $43m, funding the transaction with a mixture of cash and stock. The purchase of Intraprise’s end-to-end risk management platform is expected to help improve Health Catalyst’s capacity to tackle data management and security challenges. The company hopes the deal will help it to incorporate industry cybersecurity standards and protocols.
