GrassCall malware campaign drains crypto wallets via fake job interviews

A Russian-speaking cybercrime group called Crazy Evil tricked job seekers in the Web3 space into downloading information-stealing malware through a fake “GrassCall” meeting app. The group used fake job listings to promote a non-existent company “ChainSeeker.io” on LinkedIn, WellFound, and CryptoJobsList and invited victims to download the GrassCall app for a job interview, which would then install malware on their devices. Hundreds of people reportedly had their cryptocurrency wallets drained.
