Epic Systems is responding to an antitrust lawsuit from Particle Health by requesting the Carequality interoperability network to disclose details about a prior complaint it made against Particle. Epic claims that some of Particle’s clients accessed medical records under false pretenses, while Particle asserts that Epic is blocking patient data access and competing unfairly. Carequality has stated it cannot release information until the dispute process concludes.
