Barts Health NHS Trust has implemented Cynerio’s healthcare-focused cybersecurity platform across its sites to enhance protection against cyber attacks. The platform continuously monitors, detects and mitigates cyber threats to medical and IoT devices. Since the rollout, over 9,500 previously unmonitored devices have been identified and are now actively secured. This move follows a claim by a ransomware gang last year, who alleged to have stolen over seven TB of sensitive data from Barts Health.
