Major Colorado Healthcare Company Hit With Cyber Attack

Colorado has been rated fourth worst state for cyber attacks, with 53,562 reported between 2018 and 2024, amounting to loses of over $508 million. Recently, Summit Pathology in Loveland, Colorado, experienced a major data breach affecting over 1.8 million people. The facility did not have sufficient data security, enabling hackers to access demographic, healthcare and financial data. The law firm Murphy Law Firm is taking on a class action lawsuit on behalf of the victims.
