The group’s new use of these adds to its threat level. RansomHub is a rapidly growing ransomware-as-a-service payload and is being adopted by various threat actors. The addition of new ransomware Fog and FakePenny by different actors illustrates the increased sophistication of the cybersecurity threat environment.
