Hackers could exploit ChatGPT for cyber attacks on NHS and Ministry of Defence says Oxford professor

ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence tool developed by OpenAI, has the potential to launch cyber attacks on the NHS and the Ministry of Defence (MoD), warns Michael Wooldridge, an Oxford professor. He highlighted how the tool can quickly create programs to overwhelm government websites, triggering a denial of service (DoS) attack. The issue will be examined at a global AI safety summit next month.
